The structure collects data both independently (at the time of online booking from its website and upon receiving guests) and through External Managers (hotel booking portals and travel agencies): the latter are the means that triggers our Data Processing in quality of Owner.
 

Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis that applies to the processing of data is the consent of the interested party, requested from time to time and separated from the conferment obtained during the online booking and registration at the facility.

 

Your data will not be "disseminated", will not be published or communicated to third parties, neither in Italy, within the European Union nor outside the EU, while they may be known by the staff of Vivi Firenze who will have received appropriate training and from its technical partners, sealed by compliance with the GDPR as they are appointed and listed under the heading External Managers.

  • Booking - the provision of your data is optional. However, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated, we will find it impossible to host you. The data received will be kept for the minimum duration required by law.

  • 'Contacts' - the provision of your data is optional. However, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated, we will find it impossible to provide you with an answer. The data received will be kept for 6 months.

  • Mailing list (newsletter) - the provision of your data is optional. However, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated, we will find it impossible to provide you with periodic communication services. The data received will be kept until revoked by the interested party.

  • 'Events', 'Restaurant' and 'SPA' - the provision of your data is optional. However, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated, we will find it impossible to provide you with the requested services. The data received will be kept for 6 months.

  • 'Work with us' - the provision of your data is optional. However, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated, we will find it impossible to evaluate your Curriculum Vitae. The data received will be kept for 6 months: after this period they will be destroyed.

  • cookies - the collection in aggregate mode of data is automatic and linked to navigation on the pages of the site. If you do not want this to happen, you need to stop browsing the site itself or you can change the configuration and options available through instructions on the internet page.
